Client Film Tech Building 1960's era pre-stressed concrete warehouse structure. Scope of Service Encompass was retained to provide the design for the significant retrofitting of the Filmtec warehouse structure. Description The new design was required to support large scale manufacturing processes. Engineering work included designs for large rooftop mechanical platforms and reinforcement of the existing supporting concrete structure. |
