Client Wold Architects Building The Ramsey County Courthouse building was originally constructed in 1931 and is listed on the Unites States National Register of Historic Places. Scope of Service Encompass Inc. was retained by Wold Engineers and Architects to conduct a forensic investigation of the facade and to provide plans and specifications for the facade restoration at the Ramsey County Courthouse building. Description Encompass also provided construction observations services for the courthouse building to ensure the restoration was conducted according to the plans and specifications we designed. |
