Encompass was retained by Gittleman Management Corporation to serve as their Owner Representative for the $6 million restoration of a 12 building condominium complex in Minneapolis which concluded in November of 2009. Encompass performed the initial forensic investigation into the failing exterior facades of the buildings. Encompass prepared the restoration drawings and specifications, prepared the bid documents, oversaw the bid process, and provided daily, on-site observation and management of the restoration.
