- Scope of Service
- Encompass Inc. was retained by Wold Engineers and Architects to conduct a forensic investigation of the facade and to provide plans and specifications for the facade restoration at the Ramsey County Courthouse building.

- Encompass also provided construction observations services for the courthouse building to ensure the restoration was conducted according to the plans and specifications we designed.
