Encompass, Inc. was established in 1979 in Bloomington, Minnesota and specializes in structural design, exterior envelope commissioning, and in the forensic analysis of both commericial and residential construction and building failures. Howard K. Noziska, President, is a member of numerous professional and industry organizations, including the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Consulting Engineers Council of Minnesota. Howard is the former Executive Director of the Minnesota Masonry Institute and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Minnesota, Colorado, Iowa, Michigan, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming. He is a 1967 graduate of the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. Mr. Noziska is considered one of the country's foremost experts in structural forensic engineering and has extensive experience in all phases of litigation. In January of 2007, Curt Isernhagen, P.E. and Kent Jones, P.E. joined Howard Noziska in what now forms the current ownership group of Encompass, Inc. Encompass, Inc. currently has 7 Licensed Professional Engineers on staff with current P.E. Licensure that covers 13 different states. (see chart on staff page). Encompass, Inc. moved into a new company headquarters located in Eden Prairie, Minnesota in March of 2004. |
